MenoFit Summer Strong

Stay strong, energised and consistent with your fitness routine over the summer holidays.

This five-week term of 30-minute circuit training classes is all about keeping momentum through the summer, feeling good in your body and having a consistent, supportive space to move.

These sessions are especially supportive for perimenopausal and menopausal women, focusing on building strength, boosting fitness, and improving energy in a way that feels fun, achievable, and empowering.

🗓 When: Thursdays, 9–9:30am at South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room)
📅 Dates: 23 July, 30 July, 6 August, 13 August, 20 August
💷 Price: £50 for the full block
