This 30-minute, low-impact class is ideal for anyone who:

• Finds it difficult to stand for long periods

• Wants to improve strength, balance and mobility

• Is looking for a friendly, inclusive environment

• Needs a workout that’s joint and bone-friendly

This is my fifth chair-based class series to launch in Oxford—helping more people access safe and effective exercise.

The programme is funded by the Oxford Community Impact Fund and supported by the Florence Park Community Association (FPCA) and will run for eight weeks.

Circuits Club is a fun paced and high intensity class held in the Gill Garratt Room at South Oxford Community Centre, Oxford.

It is suitable for all fitness abilities and runs from 9-10am every Friday during term time. All exercise equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.

Classes are £12 per person. Entrance to the class is via the blue double doors at the side of the community centre, opposite the doctor’s surgery car park at the end of Lake Street.

Note: This is the last class before we break for a week for May half term. Back on Friday, June 5.

A brand new 'Stretch & Strengthen' chair-based fitness class designed to help local residents stay active in a gentle, supportive way. It will take place at Florence Park Community Centre in Cornwallis Road.

This 30-minute, low-impact class is ideal for anyone who:

• Finds it difficult to stand for long periods

• Wants to improve strength, balance and mobility

• Is looking for a friendly, inclusive environment

• Needs a workout that’s joint and bone-friendly

This is my fifth chair-based class series to launch in Oxford—helping more people access safe and effective exercise.

The programme is funded by the Oxford Community Impact Fund and supported by the Florence Park Community Association (FPCA) and will run for eight weeks.

This low impact, gentle seated exercise class will be followed by a FREE hot drink and cake at the centre’s Community Cafe. Make friends and get fit at the same time! The class will run every Thursday during term time, from 10-10:30am.
