When: 9-9:30am on Wednesdays, for five weeks.
Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.
Price: £50 for the term or £10 per class drop in rate. Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and supportive.
