Get away from your desk and enjoy a lunchtime Circuits Club in Hinksey Park this April. This new outdoor class will take place from 12:30-1:15pm every Wednesday (and Monday), and it’s suitable for all fitness abilities.
Circuit training is a great way to get fitter, stronger and leaner. Plus, exercising outdoors is known to boost mental health and wellbeing.
Meet in the main bit of the park opposite the playground and near the end of the car park. £12 per class.
