MenoCore

MenoCore is a new weekly core strength training exercise class combining targeted abdominal and deep pelvic floor work to rebuild stability, confidence and total-body strength.

Support your core, improve pelvic health and ease common menopause symptoms with smart, empowering movement tailored to this stage of life. Only five spaces left!

When: 9-9:30am on Wednesdays (six week term).

Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.

Price: £10 per class drop in rate. Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and supportive.
