Strong, stable and unstoppable: introducing MenoCore, my new four-week strength training course is designed exclusively for women like you. Learn exercises to build core and pelvic strength that you can do at home and easily weave into your fitness routine.
When: 9-9:30am on Tuesdays, for four weeks.
Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.
Price: £40. Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and supportive.
