My strength training class is designed exclusively for women like you — because your body deserves a programme that meets it where it is, not where it used to be.
When: 9-9:30am on Tuesdays, for six weeks.
Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.
Price: £60 for the term or £10 drop in rate. Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and supportive.
