Are you navigating the changes of perimenopause or menopause and looking for an exercise class designed to support your body and mind? Introducing MenoPower 2 - the third course in the MenoFitness strength training series, designed specifically for perimenopausal women who have completed MenoStrength, and MenoPower 1.

This progressive programme builds on established strength foundations, introducing more advanced resistance training to further support hormonal health, bone density, muscle mass and overall resilience.

The course continues to use targeted strength training as a tool to help manage common perimenopausal symptoms such as muscle loss, fatigue, joint pain, mood changes, weight gain and sleep disruption.

When: 9-9:30am on Mondays, for five weeks.

Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.

Price: £50. Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and supportive.
