MenoPower is a new intermediate strength training class for perimenopausal and menopausal women. It’s ideal for women who have done my beginner-friendly MenoStrength course and/or are used to lifting weights.
The exercise class blends kettlebells and bodyweight training to support metabolism, bone health, balance, strength and vitality through perimenopause and beyond.
When: 9-9:30am on Mondays, for four weeks. Starting on Monday, January 12. Please note there is a break for one week on Jan 19 as I’m away.
Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.
