MenoPower

This is the last MenoPower class in this four-week course. It’s an intermediate strength training class for perimenopausal and menopausal women, ideal for women who have done my beginner-friendly MenoStrength course and/or are used to lifting weights.

The exercise class blends kettlebells and bodyweight training to support metabolism, bone health, balance, strength and vitality through perimenopause and beyond.

When: 9-9:30am on Mondays, for four weeks.

Where: South Oxford Community Centre (Gill Garratt room), Lake Street, Oxford, OX1 4RP.
